This page outlines our standard licence terms for use of products purchased on Graffiti Lane.
All products listed on Graffiti Lane can be used for the following purposes:
• Personal Use (unlimited)
• Commercial Use (with the following limitations):
Graphics:
You are not permitted to use any purchased graphics in their original form for End Products for sale. However, these graphics can be used in conjunction with other design elements to create your own piece of artwork.
Example of End Product uses permitted:
Any graphics used for End Products for sale must be in a flattened format, so the graphics cannot be extracted and used by anyone other than the person who has purchased the files.
You may not resell, redistribute, or in any way share the original files you have purchased under this agreement.
You may use the graphics in your own promotional work including websites, social media and other promotional material as long as you are not using them for End Products for sale.
Credit to the original designer is not mandatory, but it is always welcome.
Fonts:
You are welcome to use your purchased fonts in your own promotional material, as well as End Products for sale, as long as the fonts are not used in their entirety (full A-Z or 0-9). You can use the fonts to create slogans and other artwork, but you are not permitted to share the font files under any circumstances.
Fonts and Graphics can be used to create logos, but they must be in a flattened format so the elements cannot be extracted from the final design.
